Originally from Philadelphia, Dr. Devine was selected to Phi Beta Kappa at Villanova University  and graduated from Hahnemann University School of Medicine where he earned multiple academic awards.
He continued his residency and fellowship training at Walter Reed in Washington, DC where he was recognized as the most outstanding graduating resident and earned accolades in clinical research. 
Dr Devine is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases.  He specializes in noninvasive cardiology and cardiovascular imaging including transesophageal echocardiography and cardiac CT.An Associate Professor at a local medical school, he is an active investigator in several randomized clinical trials in atherosclerosis and cardiac CT and has authored over 15 articles and chapters.
